Hi Melanie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form and saw that the N° Parc field is a Spreadsheet to Form widget, which means its value is pulled dynamically from your uploaded spreadsheet.
To use this field as part of the PDF file name, you’ll need to make sure that its value is also stored in a regular form field, like a hidden Short Text element after it’s fetched. The PDF file name settings only recognize standard fields, not widget outputs directly. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Element on the top left side of the page.
- Drag-drop the Short Text Element into your form.
- Label the field, go to the Advanced tab, scroll down and toggle ON the Hide Field option.
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions, and then select Update/Calculate Field. (If you already have a condition set, first click on Add Condition, then select Update/Calculate Field.)
3. Set the condition like you see below, and click on Save.
You can now add the hidden N° Parc field into your PDF title. Check out my screencast below:
