Hi Laurent,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help with creating your form for the club of seasoned travelers. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, You want to include ten fields for spoken languages labeled according to the European language proficiency framework, as well as a checklist of all countries worldwide organized by continent.
1. Language proficiency fields: Add ten fields for languages spoken. For each, use dropdown menus or radio buttons to label proficiency levels following the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), such as A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2. You can customize the field labels accordingly.
2. Checklist of countries by continent: Use a checklist or multiple selection field to list all countries. Organize them by continent by grouping countries under section headers or using multiple checklist fields, one per continent, for better clarity.
You can enhance your form with widgets like dynamic dropdowns or searchable lists if needed. Also, consider using the form translation feature if you want the form to be available in multiple languages.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Do you have a way to automatise the creation?

Hi Laurent,
The fields need to be added manually. But doing so is easy. Let me walk you through it:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Element in the upper-left corner of the page.
- Under the Basic tab, you can select the basic form elements you need, such as Dropdown and Single Choice fields.
- You can also select your desired widgets under the Widgets tab.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
