je viens de remplir un formulaire, et je n arrive pas à le trouver.
j ai bien reçu un mail de récapitulatif mais il n apparaît pas.

Now, coming back to your question, I am unable to locate the email that you received from our email logs, was the confirmation email sent to khorent@icloud.com? I also suggest reaching out to the form owners, they can check this for you and if they need help locating your submission, then they can reach out to us.
