Why are we getting submissions from people who didn’t click the form link?

Another thing that happens occasionally. As you've seen, we have several form submission links in our tables. Recently, we've noticed that some forms were being submitted without the link being clicked. Is there an explanation for this situation ?

This situation can sometimes occur due to automated processes or bots submitting the form without manual clicks. However, there is no direct feature in Jotform that allows form submissions without the form link being accessed. To further investigate, can you share the Form URL and Submission ID where the issue occurs? It would also be helpful if you can take a recording of what's happening and share the link with our Support Forum. You can upload the video recording to any public sharing platform like Google Drive, YouTube, or Dropbox and share the public link with us. You can also use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
