Je souhaiterais changer de mode de paiement par carte bleu à virement.

Now, coming back to your question, you can easily update your credit card information in just a few steps. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.

2. Go to Billing in the menu on the left, and click on the Manage Payment Methods button.

3. In the window that opens, click on Add New Payment Method.

4. Then, enter your credit card details, select the Set As Primary option and click on Add New Payment Method.

Your payment method is now updated. The most recent one will appear as Primary, while the previous one will be saved as a Backup Payment Method. Check the screenshot below to see how it should look:

La méthode que vous m'avez donné permet de modifier une carte de crédit. Cependant, j'aimerais changer le mode de paiement et faire par virement bancaire ou prélèvement.

Are you referring to changing the payment method used to renew your subscription? If yes, note that we have updated our payment methods. As of now, we are unable to accept checks, purchase orders, or wire transfers. Currently, we only accept payments made using either a credit/debit card or PayPal.
