WhatsApp AI Agent didn't respond

    Hi, I want to create a WhatsApp AI agent for my business.

    First, I created a Business Portfolio on Meta. Then, I linked the Portfolio to the agent on Jotform and successfully achieved it.

    I use the provided test phone number from Jotform for testing the bot at the moment.

    The bot responds well through the Jotform platform.

    However, when I open the link provided by jotform on WhatsApp or WhatsApp Web, I can talk to the agent but it doesn't give me any answers.

    Should I wait 24 hours in order for the WhatsApp bot to be fully active?

    I'm using my personal WhatsApp when opening the provided link from Jotform to chat with the bot.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you check your AI Conversation to see if the AI Agent's answers were recorded? Let me show you how to check it:

    1. On your My Agents Page, select your AI Agent.

    2. In the menu on the right side, select Conversations.

    3. Now, check if your AI Agent's responses are being recorded in the conversations when you're chatting with your WhatsApp AI Agent.

    yes in jotform conversation archives is being recorded and answers are showing up like in this screenshot, but when i am on my personal whatsapp the bot answers are not showing up (if you look at the first screenshot i sent).     Hi georgesdelmotte78,

    Can you try disconnecting your WhatsApp number, and then connect it back to your AI agent? I suspect that your integration may have not been fully integrated, which is why it isn't appearing when you chat the agent using WhatsApp. Once you disconnect it, connect it again and check if the AI agent now works.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
