Achat d'un numéro de téléphone pour un agent IA et configuration WhatsApp.

Je voudrais acheter un numéro de phone pour un agent IA, MAIS, mon pays n'est pas dans la liste (France).

J'ai lu qu'un numéro de téléphone peut "parler" et envoyer/recevoir des SMS.

Mon idée serait d'associer ce numéro de phone à un nouveau compte whatsapp, car je n'ai pas de FB et n'en veux pas.

Si oui, comment recevoir le sms de validation whatsapp ?

Auriez-vous une procédure ?
