Cela fait plusieurs jours que je n’arrive plus à avoir accès au flux de travail de mon formulaire et que je ne peux pas accéder au paramètre de compte ! Je dois pouvoir travail impérativement dessus c’est très important. De plus je n’ai plus accès a la boite mail toujours en cours de chargement.
Merci de faire le nécessaire.

Can you clear your browser caches and check again? I've cleared your form cache as a precaution. Also, you can try to open it on another browser. If the issue persists, you may take a screenshot of the console report and send it to us. Here's a guide on How to Get a Console Report from Most Common Browsers.Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

To add to my previous reply, know that our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Before we escalate it to our Developers, can you confirm if you're using a VPN when accessing the website? If yes, then can you try turning it off and try again? Additionally, you can test using a different internet connection if you still encounter the same issue.
