Bonjour dans mon formulaire, j'ai une condition qui active une question (si l'utilisateur n'est pas satisfait, une zone texte apparait pour demander des précisions).

Now, coming back to your question, if you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Support Forum:
1. On the Support Forum page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

L'agent que j'ai créé s'appuie sur un formulaire : https://form.jotform.com/250723082200341
Dans ce formulaire, sur les questions ou le client doit évaluer certains sujets, quand un des critères est évalués à "peu satisfait" ou "insatisfait", je fais apparaitre un zone de texte pour avoir plus d'explications.
C'est cette zone de texte que l'agent ne fait pas apparaitre.

I did a clone of your Agent, and I encounterd the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
