Now, coming back to your question, I would like to confirm if you meant to add several Date Picker elements to your form. If that is the case, you can easily add multiple Date Picker elements by clicking and dragging the Date Picker from the elements menu onto your form.

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page to see the complete list of elements and widgets.

2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list, and then drag and drop the Date Picker element onto your form. And that’s it.
