Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I understand that you need to cancel your subscription. Let me show you how to do it:
1. Click on your Avatar at the top right corner.
2. Click Settings.
3. Go to the Billing section.
4. Click the Change Plan button.
5. Select the Starter (Free) Plan.
A pop-up window will provide additional information about the downgrade. Follow the instructions to proceed with canceling your plan or switching back to the “Free” account.
After confirming the subscription cancellation, the account will still remain on paid status for the period you paid for but the subscription will no longer be billed on the next billing date.
