intégration stripe

Bonjour, l'intégration stripe dans mon formulaire ne fonctionne pas, quel solution pouvons nous trouver pour que cela fonctionne ? merci d'avance

Thanks for reaching out ot Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results: Usually, if we remove the Stripe integration and then set it up again, it starts working properly. First, let me show you how to remove a connection:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Stripe Payment field.
2. Click on the Wand icon to open the Stripe Integration menu.
3. Click on Connected, and then click on Reconnect.

Now, let’s integrate the form with Stripe again:

1. While in the Stripe Integration menu, click on Connect.
2. In the window that pops up, sign in to your Stripe account.
3. Once you sign in, click on Save button at the bottom right of the menu.
