Générér un lien qrcode vers un formulaire

Bonjour,

Je viens de voir votre site et je voulais savoir si son utilisation peut être compatible avec mon besoin.

Je souhaite créer un formulaire d'inscription pour un stage sportif pendant les vacances.

J'aimerai pouvoir intégrer un QR Code, sur une affiche qui présente le stage, qui renvoi vers un formulaire d'inscription en ligne avec les données mentionnées en bas de l'affiche test en pièce jointe.

Est-ce possible?

Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, you can add a QR code on your poster which will redirect the form fillers to a form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Publish tab at the top.

2. Scroll down to Share Form option and click on the QR Code Icon.

3. A QR Code will be generated and then click the Download button, and you can use the file in your posters.
