    bonjour je suis dans l'offre gratuit et je n'ai pas dépassé 100 formulaires par mois puisque je n'ai reçu que 41 formulaires. pourquoi mes liens ne fonctionnent plus .?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and can confirm that you received 41 submissions. The reason why you're getting the Form over quota is that, you hit the Signed Document limit. The Starter plan has a limit of 10 Signed Document per month. If you want you want to continue receiving submissions without upgrading your account, you will need to disable the Sign Automation. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Jotform Sign in the menu on the left side of the page.
    3. Toggle the Enable Jotform Sign Automation switch to OFF. That's it.

    Also, I have reviewed your account and currently, you have exceeded the monthly Signed Document limit. You will have to wait for it to reset on your account scheduled monthly reset, which you can check out on this page as shown in the screenshot.

    Another alternative would be to purchase a subscription plan to increase your monthly Signed Document Limit. You can review our available subscription plans on this page.
