Comment permettre de préciser les réponses sur question multicritère ?

Bonjour,

J'utilise Jotform pour la 1ere fois, je cherche à créer une question multicritères sous ce format là :

En matière de transport scolaire, de quel(s) système(s) informatique(s) êtes vous équipé ? (case à cocher, plusieurs réponses possibles)

• Inscription des élèves : nom de la solution utilisée
• création des circuits : nom de la solution utilisée
• autre (préciser) : type de solution et nom

Comment puis je faire ?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

As for your issue, I saw that you've already added a multiple option checkbox with the other option enabled to let the user enter the option they want. Can you explain a bit more about the visualization of the solution? Is it an image or a text with a different color?

Thanks for your answer. I speak also english if that's easier.

I would like poeple to bea bale to select multiple answers and - wehn they select an answer - be able to add some text to it.

Example :

Question : In terms of school transport, which IT system(s) do you use? (multiple answers possible)

Answers : the respondant can specify by being able to write the n ame of the solution used

Pupil registration : the respondant can specify by being able to write the n ame of the solution used

creation of routes : the respondant can specify by being able to write the n ame of the solution used

other (specify): the respondant can specify by being able to write

I hope it's clearer. My aim is to know the kind of solutions my respondant uses and what's the name of each of them.

Hi Renatha,

Based on your example, it seems that all the parts of the question must be writable. Is that right? If so, you can use the Configurable List widget to allow users to enter the needed information for each part of the question. Check out the screencast below:

As you can see, you can enter your answer for each field, which is part of a single question. Also, you can click on "Other" to be able to write more information. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the upper left side of the page.

2. Click on the Widgets tab.
3. Drag and drop a Configurable List widget.

4. Click on the Wand icon of the Configurable List widget.

5. In Field Configuration, paste the field format below:

Answers : text

Pupil registration : text

creation of routes : text



You can customize it by following the format on this page.

6. You can set the limit of the Maximal Rows Number field into to 2.
7. You can change the text in the Label For Add field to Other.
