Widget Docusign / E pdf

Bonjour,

Depuis hier, il y a un bug sur mon formulaire lorsque je souhaite signer mon e pdf. Malgré avoir configurer mon widget parfaitement et avoir choisi le bon pdf à afficher lors de la signature, on m'affiche ça et non pas le pdf voulu. Tout en sachant que je reçois par email le bon pdf avec les bons champs dynamiques.

Merci de me trouver une solution svp, c'est urgent !
