    Bonjour,

    Nous ne recevons plus les notifications via le formulaire https://form.jotform.com/200555409258355

    alors que je reçois avec une notification sur l'adresse epsrolle1180@gmail.com, rien n'arrive sur l'adresse eps.rolle@vd.ch

    Avez-vous une explication ?

    Now, coming back to your question, the email address eps.rolle@vd.ch is not receiving the notification email because it's in the bounced list for this reason: bounced (host mail.rcv.ch[145.232.253.20] said: 554 5.7.1 This email from IP 212.47.85.181 has been rejected. The email message was detected as spam. (in reply to end of DATA command))

    I've gone ahead a removed it from the list. To avoid this issue, here is a guide on how to prevent email bouncingI suggest contacting your email service provider and request whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains in their web/email host. I also recommend adding noreply@jotform.com to your email contact list. 

    Aside from that, I recommend setting up SMTP to avoid bounced emails. Let me walk you through this:

    1. Go to your Account Settings.

    3. Enter the SMTP details.
    4. Once you're done, click the Send Test Email button to confirm that everything is working.

    Here are the details that you have to fill out:

    • Email Address: Your email address.
    • Host Name: The hostname provided by your hosting provider.
    • Port: 587 or 465.
    • Username: Your email address. Unless the hosting provider specifies a unique username, this should be the same as the email address.
    • Password: The password for the given email address/username.
    • Security Protocol: TLS or SSL.
