Over quota limit whereas all records have been deleted and the cache cleared

    Over quota message even after deleting all the records and clearing the cache of my browser.

    I cleared the cache since last friday on all my browsers and deleted all submissions of all my forms, and also deleted the trash.

    Could you please help me?

    Hi Paulin,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems that you reached the limit of monthly submissions number, related to your Starter(Free) plan. Let me show you how to know the date of your monthly reset.

    1. Go to the Usage page of your account settings.
    2. At section Monthly Usage, the date of your monthly count reset is displayed. Over quota limit whereas all records have been deleted and the cache cleared Image 1 Screenshot 20

    If you need you increase your limits, you need to upgrade and, if so, note that since the renewal is automatic, you'll have to downgrade to the Starter(Free) plan before the date of renewal to cancel your paid plan.
