Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and can see that it is a Starter Plan account without any subscription history on it. Do you have another Jotforms account that has a subscription on it and you want to cancel it? Can you share with us the email address or username of the account so that we can check?

    If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
