Est-ce possible de convertir un formulaire classique en formulaire à cartes après coup ?

Si oui, pouvez-vous m'indiquer la marche à suivre ?

Now, coming back to your question, it's easy to change a form from the Classic to Card Form layout. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon on the right to access Form Designer.
2. Go to the Layout tab and click on Card Form.

Please note that the Page Break field is not available in Card Form layout, as seen on the steps above. That's because the layout automatically separates fields from each other. You can just remove it by clicking on the Trash Can icon beside the field itself. Check out the screenshot below:
