Bonjour, est-il possible de créer un formulaire utilisable en simultané par différents télépro et que les données aillent de manière automatique dans un seul Sheet ?

    Hi BIOFRANCE,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, yes, you can create a form that multiple users can use simultaneously, with all the data automatically collected in a single location using Jotform Tables. Jotform Tables allow you to manage and analyze form submissions in a spreadsheet-like format. Let me show you how:

    First, create a form.

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Create Form on the top-left side of the page.
    2. Choose Start From Scratch, and select Classic Form to create an empty form, or Use Template to choose among our 10,000+ ready-to-go templates (Start From Scratch was used in this example).
    3. Now, in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page to see the complete list of elements and widgets.
    4. Under the Basic, Payments, or Widgets tabs, scroll down the list, and then drag and drop the fields onto your form. And that’s it.

    • On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
    • This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.

But if you're referring to sending submissions into Google Sheets, we also have a guide about How to Integrate Forms With Google Sheets that you can check out.
