Nous n'avons plus accès au formulaire

Le formulaire que nous avons fait a été supprimé de mon espace. Nous souhaitons faire des modifications. Comment devons-nous faire pour retrouver le formulaire svp?

Now, coming back to your question, I understand that your forms have been deleted. I found one active form in this account, by any chance is this the form that you are looking for? If so, when you access your My Forms page, you can easily find it there. But if you are looking for a different form, I suggest checking your Trash Folder, still on the My Forms page. Let me show you how to restore a deleted form:

1. On My Forms, select Trash from the left. This will show you all recently deleted forms.
2. Select which form would you like to retrieve then you`ll be able to see the option to restore the form. Clicking one of those restore buttons will bring the form back to the All Forms folder.

Please note that if nothing is in the Trash Folder, this only means that the form you are referring to has now been permanently deleted. If you still have a link to this missing form, could you share it here so we can see if it was created using a different Jotform account?
