Can I track URL UTM values in Jotform?

En effet, votre bouton active un lien direct vers votre formulaire sans les UTM, mais cela est dû à la configuration du bouton dans votre page web. Il vous faut trouver un moyen de faire récupérer ces paramètres depuis le lien referrer qui amène à votre page pour générer le lien associé au bouton. Ceci peut se faire au moyen d'un script javascript. Cet article par exemple propose une méthode: Appending the referrer’s query string to the current URL.
