Hi Erika,
Thanks for reaching back to us. It looks like you are trying to build a payment authorization form. We don't allow using basic fields to collect credit card information since this exposes this sensitive banking information. However, we have payment integrations that support this. Payment Authorization is available on the following payment gateways:You can learn more about this here.

Hi eanctil05,
Thanks for reaching back to us. It's easy to set this up through Square. Let me show you how:- On the Form Builder, click on Add Form Element .
- Click on Payments tab.
- Search and select Square and create your products.
- Click on the wand icon.
- Connect your Square account.
- Click on Additional Gateway.
- Finally, Turn on Authorization Only
You'll receive an email with a charge now button that you can click if you are ready to charge the customer which will expire in 6 days:
Give it a try and let us know if you have other questions. -

Hi eanctil05,
Thanks for reaching back to us. Unfortunately, there's no option to extend the expiration of the charge now button. My recommendation is to include Terms of Condition that explains that charges will be confirmed within 6 days and issue applicable refund if they cancel earlier than 48 hours before the appointment. You can use the Terms & Conditions widget for this.
