No puedo encontrar el formulario de registro para la conferencia privada de hoy

Estoy buscando el formulario de registro para una conferencia privada que es hoy. El asesor, llamado Gerry Sanchez, no me ha enviado el formulario. El formulario debería tener el logo de Gerry Sanchez y probablemente el título diga "MASTERCLASS PREDICCIONES Y ESTRATEGIAS GEOPOLÍTICAS" o contenga alguna de esas palabras. Normalmente recibo los enlaces a través del remitente aaron@essentials.com.mx, pero no he recibido este enlace para el formulario actual. Estoy buscando un formulario de jotform para registrarme al seminario. Tengo un enlace de otro seminario de otra fecha (https://form.jotform.com/251656289268875), pero no me sirvió para esta ocasión. Necesito encontrar el formulario correcto para poder registrarme a tiempo para el evento de hoy. Mi correo electrónico es jorge-eduardo-123@hotmail.com y mi nombre es Jorge Cedillo.
