Now, coming back to your question, with Jotform Templates, you can find the simplest online donation form template that you can use without any code requirement and accept donations most easily. You can then modify the online donation form template according to your organization's needs as well.

If you have a form and need to collect donations using it, you can easily collect donations through your form. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Product List field.

2. Then, click on the Wand icon on the right side of the field. (if you have a Product List without a payment gateway, the icon will be a Shopping Cart icon).

3. In the menu on the right, click on the Gear icon in the top-right corner.

4. Under the Payment Type section, click on the Downward Arrow icon, and select Collect Donation.

5. If you have any products, it’ll ask you to remove them before changing the Payment Type. To continue, click on Yes, Go Ahead.

6. Then, click on Save at the bottom of the menu, and that's it.
