I'm experiencing an issue with the chatbot agent. The agent is configured to operate in Spanish and correctly responds to questions in Spanish, which works perfectly. However, the initial greeting is configured in Spanish but appears in Italian on the website.
I have:
- Verified the agent is configured for Spanish language
 - Cleared the website cache
 - Cleared the browser cache
 - Confirmed the instructions specify all responses should be in Spanish
 
Despite these steps, the issue persists. Please see the attached messages for reference.
Could you please investigate this issue and advise on a solution?

consolatosystemThank you, the problem persists, however, I'll give you more context. My website has a translator for the Italian language, with Spanish being the primary language. On my website, I use the "Translatepress" plugin, which works very well... could that have something to do with it? I've even opened the website in other browsers like Bing and Firefox and the event persists; it's very strange... In short, the greeting I put in Spanish, on the frontend, in the chatbot widget, it displays it in Italian. Until 3 days ago, my Jotform form, which is embedded on the website, was configured to use an Italian translation button... I removed (deleted) it as I suspected it might be the cause... since the event is related to some setting in Jotform that I am unaware of... well, I think so... either way, any help will be greatly appreciated.

consolatosystemRay, greetings... I'm informing you, the issue was solved. Let me explain how I did it: In the initial greeting, I set the A.I. to respond... but then, in the "Agent Training," I went to "Actions" and used "At the start of the conversation"..........."Respond exactly"........where I put my customized greeting. This apparently solved the issue, Ray. For now, I consider the matter closed. Thank you very much for your time, kind regards.
