Hello
I've created several forms in which I ask you to first capture the photo and then complete the information about that photo, but when I download the PDF, the photo appears after the information. How can I fix this without having to modify the PDF I receive? I need the order shown in the form design to be respected, so I don't have to modify each PDF I receive.

Vishvakumar Jotform SupportHi Pablo,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share with us the form URL in question and share with us the PDF file's name so, we can check? The Jotform Table's URL you shared with is a private table, we can't access it. Are you referring to the form RED HÚMEDA 2025? If yes, when I downloaded the PDF file of the cloned form of RED HÚMEDA 2025 from the Jotform Tables, I could not replicate an issue. Let me share the screencast and the screenshot below:

In the PDF, I was getting first take photo widget after that location details. You can change the PDF field's order in the PDF Editor. If this is not what you are looking for, can you share with us the screenshot and give us more details about an issue? You can resize and move form fields easily. Let me show you how to do it:To move the form fields:
- In PDF Editor, click on a field to select it.
 - Drag and drop it to where you want it to be.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes. -
Cortes_PabloHello, I need the order of the information in the form design to be respected. I don't want to have to modify every PDF I receive. In my case, I request that the photograph be taken and then the information about the photographed item be provided. That's the order I need, and it's the order of my form to be completed. However, when I download the PDF, the photograph appears after the information, not before, which is what I need. Is it possible to respect the design? Thank you.

This is how I receive the PDF, with the photo at the end, but it should be at the beginning, before the information. I receive several PDFs and I can't be editing each one to fix this. What can I do? Thanks

Sheena Jotform SupportHi Pablo,
If you create a new PDF document in the PDF Editor, it will automatically generate a default layout that follows the exact order of the fields as they appear in your form. This means the photo will be positioned before the related information, just as designed in your form, without the need to manually adjust each PDF. Keep in mind that any previous customizations made to the old PDF will not carry over and would need to be recreated in the new PDF. Here's how to do that:
- In PDF Editor, in the blue navigation bar at the top, click on the New PDF button
 - Select Use Default Layout in the menu that pops out.

Result:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
