Now, coming back to your question, you can create a form and offer these 2 forms as options to the users. After selecting the desired form, they'll be redirected to the other form, depending how you set up the logical condition on your Thank You page. It takes no time at all to add and set up Change Thank You Page Conditional Logic feature on your form so you can redirect users to another URL based on their answer. Here’s what you’ll do:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.

3. Under the New Condition section, click on Change Thank You Page.

4. Set up the conditions similar to the screenshot below depending on what you need, and click on Save.
