Kenneth Jotform SupportHi Implantes ISD,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, the issue you’re experiencing when trying to complete the payment usually occurs due to temporary connection interruptions between our payment processor and your bank or card provider, or when browser data or settings interfere with the payment authorization process. In some cases, certain cards may restrict international or online transactions, preventing the payment from going through. Let’s go through some steps to resolve it:
- Try a different browser or private window by opening the Jotform Pricing Page in incognito/private mode or another browser like Chrome or Firefox.
 - Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, as this removes any stored data that may block the payment gateway from processing correctly.
 - Check your payment method by ensuring that your credit or debit card or PayPal account is active, has sufficient funds, and is authorized for international or online purchases.
 - Try an alternate payment method. If the issue persists, please try switching between the card and PayPal on the payment page.

If you’re still unable to complete the transaction, share a screenshot of the payment page showing where it stops or the error message displayed. If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
