Issue to open a form

    Hola ! estoy tratando de utilizar un formulario y veo este aviso cuando copio el link. Necesito que por fabor me expliquen porqué la plataforma nos dice que hemos llegado al limite si no tenemos tanta documentación. Desde ya mcuhas gracias. Aguardo su ayuda!. Saludos Delfina

    The message you see indicating that you have reached your limit is because you have exceeded one of the monthly limits set for your account. These limits may include the number of monthly submissions, form views, payment submissions, signed documents, or interactions with AI agents, among others.

    If you haven't submitted many forms, it may be that another type of monthly limit has been reached. To resolve this, you have two options:

    • You may download and delete submission on your forms to free up upload space
    • You can upgrade to a higher plan to get more upload space on your account

    If you need help checking your current limit or upgrading your plan, please let us know.

    Hello! thank you for your feedback. I've deleted as much as possible but still have the same problem. Can you check WHICH exactly is the cause of this issue?. Thank you

    Hello Delfina,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and noticed that your upload space usage is currently 1.06 GB out of 1.00 GB, which is why your forms are not accessible and you’re seeing the over quota message. I can see that you’ve deleted some forms, but they are still stored in your Trash folder. You’ll need to permanently delete them to free up space. Please check this guide to learn how to delete forms from your Trash folder: How to Delete a Form

    If you don’t want to permanently delete your forms, you can instead delete and purge submissions to reduce your upload space usage. Here’s another guide that explains how to do that: How to Delete Form Submission Data

    After deleting submissions, please make sure to purge them from the Trash as well.
