I need help for access form

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can check the forms under your account by using the filter on My Workspace page to locate your form easily. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Workspace page, click on the Type filter.
2. Choose Forms in the dropdown menu. That's it.
