As for your issue, unfortunately, once you lost your encryption code, we can no longer access the subscriptions again because they are end-to-end encrypted and we don't have access to them. I highly suggest keeping your encryption code in a safe file or document to ensure your data safety. Do you need further assistance regarding form encryption?
