    Hola!
Me gustaría tener control sobre mi espacio de almacenamiento y poder eliminar envíos si fuese necesario. Cómo podría consultar cuáles son los formularios que están ocupando mayor espacio?
    Muchas gracias.

    Hi Doble,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, you need to select the forms which are having uploaded photos or documents do on Jotform Tables and then delete and purge those submissions. When you delete a submission from the trash while accessing the Jotform Table, it will delete permanently the submission, including the attached documents. So, when purging the entries from the trash is the correct way to free up the upload space.

Do note that upload space does not get reset each month. You've to manually purging the entries from the trash. Here is a guide on understanding your account usage, and limits you can go through. Let me show you how to purge submission from the Trash while you are on Tables:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
    3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
    4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

    Muchas gracias!
Pero lo que yo quisiera saber es cuáles de todos los formularios que tengo (son muchos) son los que ocupan mayor almacenamiento.

    Hi Doble,

Currently, it's not possible to see which forms are using the most storage. The best approach is to check each form individually.

While that feature isn’t available in Jotform right now, I’ve sent your request to our Developers for review. When or if it gets developed will depend on their current workload, how possible it is, and how much demand there is from other users. If/when we have any updates, we’ll follow up here and keep you posted.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
