    Cual es el plan de continuidad del Jotfrom y cuales son los ANS de servicio ante novedades que se puedan presentar en la plataforma. los necesito para adjuntarlo al plan de continuidad de la compañia

    Now, coming back to your question, the service level agreement feature is only available on the Jotform's Enterprise plan. Currently, you are on the yearly Bronze plan with the Legacy pricing feature, where you are locked in for the lowest pricing rates. Your plan was auto-renewed on the 30th June 2025. You can check and download the invoice by following these steps:

    1. Log in to your Jotform account, and then go to the Billing tab.
    2. Now, in the table of invoices, click on an Invoice ID to open it in a new tab.
    3. To download an invoice as a PDF, click on a Download icon on the right.
