Opcion de Enviar correo

Hola

Estoy haciendo mi primer formulario en la version gratuita. Quiero enviar 2 correos distintos en función de las respuestas de mis usuarios, pero la configurar las condicionales, la opción de "new condition" no esta habilitada y no veo la opcion de enviar correo electrónico. ¿Me pueden ayudar? Now, coming back to your question, when setting up conditional emails, you can use the last option on your screenshot, called Change Email Recipient. Check out the screenshot below to see the option I'm talking about:

Once a Change Email Recipient condition has been created for an email, that email will only get sent if there's a condition which is true. So if you're creating 2 different conditions for your 2 emails, then they'll only get sent if one of the conditions are true.

1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Hi Tania,

When I checked your form, it does not have any conditions set. But base on your screenshot, the triggering field will be the Form Calculation widget and depending on the score you want to send different Autoresponder emails.

If so, yes, you can create multiple conditional logics using the Change Email Recipient element to make sure to send the correct Autoresponder Email based on the form fillers score. Check out our guide explaining How to Send an Email Based on a User's Answer.

Ya generé las condicionales. Hice una prueba y si recibo un correo, pero no con el texto del correo que diseñé, anexo capturas de pantalla.

¡Hola otra vez! Tengo una actualización a mi respuesta anterior.

Recién me llegó un segundo correo de tal manera que si recibí el correo que diseñé (el correcto), pero tambien recibí este otro correo, ¿como puedo evitar que este correo se mande automaticamente?

Hi Tania,

Keep in mind if you enter "Escribe el correo al cual enviaré tus resultados" with the same email address as you set in Notification email setting, both email will be received. You can consider testing using a different email address to check if everything is sending correctly.

Now, about the conditional logic not sending the email content it should, I have cloned your form, and submit test submission. The email will be sent only if the conditional logic is met:

After more checking on the form, I notice that the Form Calculation isn't calculating properly, so this can cause issue to your email conditional logic, as it is based on Calculadora field:

Make sure to assign Calculation Value correctly on each option so that the calculation will be correct. You can do this by following the steps below:

1. In Form Builder, click on your element, then click on gear icon.
2. Click on Options tab on the right side tab.
3. Scroll down and toggle Calculation Values, then enter value for each option.

Muchas gracias, ya hice los ajustes que me indicaste y pude hacer las correcciones necesarias.

Solo falta un detalle mas, para hacer la prueba use otra cuenta de correo y además de recibir el correo correcto, recibí también un 2do correo donde vienen las respuestas. Anexo captura de pantalla. ¿Como puedo evitar que llegue este correo con las respuestas?

Hi Tania,

After checking your form, it looks like you have one Autoresponder email settings without conditional logic connected to it. Since there is no conditional logic connected to it, the form will continue to send Autoresponder email whenever the respondent submit a submission. You can prevent this by disabling or deleting this Autoresponder email settings:

The difference between Autoresponder and Notification lies on whether the email address is dynamic or not. Autoresponder will send email to email address depending on the respondent input, and will be different from one submission to another. Meanwhile, Notification will send email to email address that had been entered statically and will not change between one submission to another.
