In order to calculate the Pluxee value based on the first row, you need to add 3 conditions, one for each column. Let me show you how to add these:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top, click on Settings.

2. In the menu on the left, click on Conditions.

3. Click on Add Condition.

4. Create an Update/Calculate Field condition.

5. Set up your condition like this:

That's it for the first column. You can repeat these same steps but selecting the fields of the second and third column instead to create the next 2 conditions.
