    Hola, queremos la devolución del dinero. La tarjeta utilizada se habia eliminado del sistema, aún así se realizo un cargo por una renovación anual.

    Quedo atenta al procedimiento para la devolución de los fondos.

    About your refund request, you can file it here. As I have checked, you have already processed your account cancellation. Keep in mind that you have a Legacy plan. When the account is downgraded or cancelled, you will lose the legacy right, and when you want to upgrade, you will see the new and more expensive prices, not the price you paid in the past.
