¿Cómo eliminar formularios y envíos de formularios?

Estos son los formularios en cuestion, ya lo intente de todas las formas posibles pero me los siguen regresando y ya me harte ajaja

Esto es por algun bug? me podrian ayudarme a eliminarlos definitivamente para reducir mi consumo de memoria por favor?

Me notifican cual es el proceso correcto por favor?

Now, going back to your question, when I checked the list of forms that you have shared, I can confirm that almost all are deleted except for the Check In/Out Driver B2B, Dynamic Test, Charly, Supple Chain HQ-Hub-HQ and Status L5. Let me walk you through the correct process to delete your forms and submissions definitively:

Deleting Forms:

1. Go to your My Workspace page and filter to show only Forms by clicking on Type and unchecking other assets.
2. Hover over the form you want to delete, click on More on the right side, then select Move to Trash.
3. Go to the Trash tab on the bottom-left of the My Workspace page, filter to show only Forms again.
4. Hover over the trashed form and click Purge, then confirm to permanently delete it.

Deleting Form Submissions:

You can easily delete your trashed submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

Deleted forms and submissions stay in Trash for 30 days before permanent deletion unless purged manually. Purging trashed items is necessary to free up your upload space and reduce memory usage.

To avoid permanently losing submission data, it’s recommended to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF. Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits for more information.

This is not a bug but the intended behavior to prevent accidental data loss. Following these steps will help you permanently remove the forms and data you no longer need.

Unfortunately, there is no fully automated way to delete all forms and submissions at once. What you can do is to delete and purge multiple forms in bulk. You can select several forms at once in your My Workspace page and move them to Trash, then purge them permanently from Trash to free up space. Let me show you how:

1. In your My Forms page, check the boxes next to the forms you want to delete.
2. Click on the Move to Trash button on the upper left side of the page to remove the selected forms.
3. Next, go to the Trash folder, select the forms again.
4. Finally, click the Purge button on the upper left and confirm to permanently delete them.

Following these steps will help you reduce your memory usage more efficiently without having to delete each form and submission one by one.

Ya elimine la tabla (bastante tardado) del formulario "Registro de asistencia"

Pero no veo la eficiencia en mi espacio de almacenamiento, ya lo hice tambien en papelera, al contrario veo un pequeño aumento, tarda en verse reflejado?

Al revisar tu cuenta efectivamente puedo ver que tienes algo de espacio liberado, pero igualmente tienes una gran cantidad de espacio ocupado. Ten en cuenta que si has eliminado el formulario sin eliminar los envíos, si este aún se encuentra entre los formularios eliminados, los datos almacenados en estos formularios aún ocuparán el espacio de almacenamiento de tu cuenta.

Te recomiendo asegurarte de verificar que no haya formularios con archivos cargados en tu papelera de formularios borrados. En caso de que tanto en la papelera de envíos de las tablas como en la papelera de formularios de tu página de Espacio de trabajo no haya archivos cargados y el espacio de almacenamiento aún no se actualice, háznoslo saber para poder revisarlo a mayor profundidad.
