¿Qué pasa al pasar de cuenta paga a cuenta gratuita nuevamente?

Buenos días, actualmente cuento con una cuenta Plata Anual con ustedes, esta es una cuenta institucional para un proyecto que esta pronto a finalizar y ya no estaremos renovando esta cuenta pagada. Mi pregunta es, al momento en que mi cuenta vuelva a ser gratuita, se conservarán las formularios que cree y las bases de datos con los envíos que tengo actualmente?

Now, coming back to your question, when you downgrade your account to our Starter (Free) plan, your forms will not be deleted, but the limits in your account will adjust according to it. With the Starter (Free) plan, you can only have 5 active forms and 500 submission storage. If you have more than 5 forms, the remainder of your forms will be disabled and if you exceed your 500 submission storage, the oldest submission data will be deleted, giving way for the new ones to be received. I suggest that you download your submissions before downgrading to avoid losing any data. Here's how:

1. On your My Tables page, hover over the form whose data you want to download, and click on View Table.
2. On the upper-right side of the page, click the on Download All button. 
3. Now, select Download as CSV, Excel, or PDF to download your data.
