No puedo seguir creando negocios vinculados a WhatsApp Business

Soy la Dra. Rocío Alexandra Acosta Núñez, usuaria activa de su plataforma. Estoy intentando crear una nueva cuenta comercial de Meta vinculada con WhatsApp Business mediante el formulario de ustedes, pero me aparece el siguiente mensaje:

"Alcanzaste el número máximo de negocios que puedes crear en este momento."

Esto está limitando un proceso crucial para mi empresa, que se dedica a diagnósticos médicos avanzados y atención espiritual. Necesito habilitar la creación de un nuevo negocio urgentemente. ¿Podrían indicarme qué hacer para liberar o aumentar el límite de creación de negocios asociados?

Now, coming back to your question, currently, there is a limit on the number of businesses that can be created linked to WhatsApp Business through the platform. This limit is a restriction established to control the number of businesses that can be managed from a single account or form. To resolve this situation, we recommend checking if you can free up space by deleting old or unused businesses or contacting Meta directly to request an increase in the limit of businesses allowed in your WhatsApp Business account. We cannot directly increase this limit from Jotform, as it is a restriction imposed by Meta on the integration with WhatsApp Business.
