    Hace ya dos meses que tengo problemas con el límite de formularios firmados. Cuando apenas se han firmado 100 me avisa de que estoy agotando el saldo.


    El soporte IA me indica que tengo 1000 documentos y 250 documentos firmados al mes. No me está permitiendo hacerlos y ya me causó un problema el mes pasado.

    Este mes se está repitiendo llevo apenas 150 y no se envían los documentos. Me indica que tengo agotado el saldo.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and can confirm that you're far from reaching your monthly Signed Documents limit yet, which is currently at 150/250. I've cleared your form caches from the backend. I also suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If the same thing happens, can you take a screenshot of the error or warning message you're getting? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
