Form that generates Unique number

Hola Christine, esta pregunta no es la misma que la que hay en otro hilo. Se la vuelvo a poner debajo para poder mantener la idea presente:

"Lo otro es que necesito enlazar dos formularios por un campo, ejemplo: Un formulario que me genera un número único, que corresponde al ticket de un cliente y quiero que los técnicos puedan darle respuesta en el formulario para reportar las acciones acometidas de manera automática y no haya que poner el número de manera manual."

The Unique ID widget can organize submissions and quickly access them in your records. You can view the submissions and Unique ID in the Jotform Tables. You can View Your Form Submissions on the Jotform Tables page in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.
2. Now, on the left side of your Jotform Submissions Table, you'll see a list of all of your submissions.

Ya yo tengo los formularios y tengo los campos de ID Unico, el tema es como los enlazo para que pueda "jalar" desde la respuesta a un ticket de mantenimiento (por ejemplo).

To link two forms by a unique ID so that one form can pull data from the other, you need to pass the unique ID to the second form by creating a URL with a query string parameter that includes the unique ID value so that when the technician opens the second form, the unique ID is pre-filled automatically.
