Widget para usar para generar un valor aleatorio único

El widget ID Unico ha cambiado?

En un formulario que creamos hace unas semanas, aparecían las siguientes opciones:

Intento crear uno ahora, y me salen estas:

Necesito crear valores aleatorios y unicos (para que no se repitan) y, además, que solo contenga números y mayúsculas (como en la primera imagen aportada)

Now, coming back to your question, for the Unique ID widget, the Unique ID Generation Method section only has a Sequential Values option. You can check the guide on that here. If you’re looking for a way to generate a random value, use the Random Value Generator widget instead.
