No se están enviando los correos del formulario.

    Hola! en algunos de mis formularios, en donde se tiene programado que se envíen correos al enviarse, los correos no están llegando.

    Algunos formularios tienen ya varios años y habían funcionado sin problema hasta ahora.

    Favor de apoyarnos para solucionar este tema.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked the email address apps.adexpertos@gmail.com, but it's not on our Bounce List. But, when I checked the Custom Sender Address contacto@adexpertos.com, I found that it is on our Bounce List. So, I've gone ahead and removed it. You can check out the reason below:

    Reason(s) : bounced (host mx1.jimdo.com[173.203.187.1] said: 550 5.7.1 Email rejected per DMARC policy for formresponse.com (G15) (in reply to end of DATA command))

    Can you remove the Custom Sender Address and set up SMTP instead? You can easily set up a custom SMTP to use your email sender as provider. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.

    2. In the window that opens, select Custom and click on the Continue button.

    3. Enter your email provider's details, click on Send Test Email to check if it’s set up correctly, and then click on Save.

    If you're still having difficulties receiving Notification Emails after that, can you explain a bit more about the issue you're having so that I can have a better idea of what's going on and help you with a solution? It will also be helpful if you can share with us the URL of the form you're having issues with so that we can check it out.
