Quiero actualizar el metodo de pago y se me cambia a idioma arabe el sitio y no lo puedo hacer. Necesito que mantenga ingles o español!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have Spanish Support agents who can help you. So I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.
Now, coming back to your question, can you try using another browser and clear your browser's cache to see if the language keeps on changing? But if the issue persists, can you make sure that the language in your account is set to English or Spanish? Here's how:
- Hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile located at the upper right of the page.
- Next, select Settings.
3. In the Language option, click the Edit button.
4. Lastly, select English or Spanish, then click Save.

Hola! Ya probamos estos metodos y con otras computadoras pero ocurre lo mismo!

We can look into this for you. We’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Unfortunately, I was not able to test the issue on my end due to some issues. In the meantime, you can right-click on the pop-up box and use the translation to English option:
