Now, coming back to your question, since you deleted the submission with uploaded files, you also have to permanently delete them in your trashed entries to completely free up your upload space. Let me show you how to do it:

1. On your Myworkspace page, select the form that had the deleted submissions.

2. Click on the Submissions button on the top of the page.

3. Click on the Three Dots icon beside the submission tab on the top of the page and select Trashed Entries.

4. Next, select the deleted submission with uploaded files and click on the Delete Forever button, then click on the Delete button on the confirmation window.
