Hola. Necesito quitar mi tarjeta de crédito de la cuenta de jotform. He intentado muchísimas veces y no me permite. Ayuda por favor, urgente. Gracias.

I just heard back from our relevant team and if you are to remove the credit card on your account, the subscription must be cancelled. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will lose your legacy pricing and will be subject to regular pricing if you decide to upgrade the account in the future. If you'd like to proceed, let us know.
