Diferencia entre los envíos al mes y el almacenamiento total de envíos?

Buen día, en uno de los videos donde explican los planes de Jotforms hice una pregunta donde comentaba me quedo claro los envíos al mes y el almacenamiento total de envíos, cual es la diferencia entre estas dos opciones?

La respuesta me deja la misma inquietud, podrían ser mas específicos, los dos conceptos me tienen confundido. Si el almacenamiento total de envíos se refiere a cantidad de respuestas o submit que tiene un formulario?

La pregunta es porque requiero realizar un formulario para la recolección de datos en terreno para recolecta entre 170.00 a 200.000 respuestas en un periodo de 4 meses, donde mensualmente aproximadamente al mes se estarán respondiendo 50.000 encuestas. Teniendo en cuenta esto es posible aconsejar cual es el plan que se adapta a esta situación.

For instance, if your plan allows for 1,000 monthly submissions, you can collect up to that number within each billing cycle while the Total Submission Storage is the total number of submissions you can keep in your account at any given time. For example, if your plan allows for 10,000 total submissions, you can store that many submissions regardless of when they were received.
