Captura de dirección IP

Buenas, tengo otra consulta, se pueden ultizar estas opciones, para capturar la direccion ip y que se pueda llenar fuera de linea y si se captura en el momento o despues. además de eso que sea sin usar widget, como seria en ese caso. Es para capturar la direccion ip como una ubicacion.
